Stackers MOBIBELT MBT 20(i) and MBT 24(i)

Optimised work site logistics thanks to mobile stackers MOBIBELT MBT 20(i) and MBT 24(i)

The new mobile stackers MOBIBELT from Kleemann extend the operating range of crushing and screening plants and permit more flexible organization of work site processes

Even though modern crushing and screening plants regulate the material flows within the plant to a large extent automatically, machine operators – usually drivers of the wheel loaders and excavators – have a great influence on the final result and daily output. They control not only the feeding of stone or recycling material, but also co-ordinate the stockpiling, intermediate storage and loading of the final products. These complex material movements can be facilitated considerably through the use of the two new stackers MOBIBELT MBT 20(i) and MBT 24(i). This saves not only time and costs, but also makes the processes on the work site considerably more flexible, safe and efficient.

Direct material transport

The track-mounted stackers are used for tipping onto stockpiles. Direct material transport from the crushing or screening plant to the dedicated stockpile.

Good arguments for MOBIBELT

  • Short set-up times for rapid deployment
  • Hydraulically adjustable feed and discharge height
  • Hydraulically foldable discharge side, with MBT 24(i) optional hydraulically foldable feeding side
  • High feed capacities for a high throughput
  • Cost reduction thanks to fewer wheel loader operations
  • Lower costs per ton

Generously dimensioned feed hopper – robust design

The feed hopper of the MOBIBELT stackers has a large dimension of 1.7 m³ and is manufactured from wear-resistant KRS (Kleemann Kleemann Resistant Steel). Feed material with an edge length of up to 200 mm can be loaded without any problems. There is also an option for extending the hopper to 2.5 m³, including an additional impact bar that prevents the feed material from directly striking the conveyor belt, thus reducing wear.

Hydraulically adjustable feed height – higher stockpile heights

Thanks to their hydraulically adjustable feed/discharge height, a fast set-up is possible and the stackers can be used flexibly behind screening and crushing plants with different discharge heights. An optimum feed height setting reduces the impact effect during material transfer from upstream crushing or screening machines and therefore reduces wear.

Operating concept SPECTIVE

The operating position SPECTIVE makes easy, intuitive operation of both stackers possible. Set-up functions and the operation of the conveyor belt can be controlled conveniently via local operation. Via the SPECTIVE CONNECT offline troubleshooting help, fault codes appear directly on the smartphone display so that users can take the information directly to the fault source. Particularly practical: The troubleshooting help also permits remote access by internal or external Service members.
