Hydraulic Engineer

Report to: R&D Manager
Department: Research & Development Dept.
Working place: Langfang, Hebei Province, China


Job Responsibility:

  • Responsible for machinery hydraulic system design and optimization, load calculation, sourcing hydraulic components, installation and testing
  • Working together with project team to do prototype testing, detect and troubleshooting hydraulic problems
  • Prepare, make and check machinery BOMs (Bill of Material), maintain and update hydraulic diagrams
  • Cooperation with German design team on machine hydraulic issues and technical changes
  • Interacting with local suppliers to resolve product issues
  • Technical support to Purchasing, Production, Quality and Service departments
  • Other tasks assigned by R&D manager


Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Hydraulic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similarity
  • At least 3 years’ experience in design and troubleshooting of hydraulic system in machinery. Ideally previous experience in construction machinery field
  • Perform hydraulic system design, selection hydraulic components, skillful at detecting and troubleshooting of hydraulic problems on machine
  • Ability to read, write and communicate fluently in English
  • Familiar of CAD and office software
  • Honest, self-starter, willing to learn and able to work well under pressure
