The job site module

The job site module is the pacemaker of WITOS Paving Plus. It gives the paving foreman and site manager full transparency on the project, ensuring efficient process management throughout the construction process. The job site module delivers important real-time information on paving progress, paving performance or number of mix trucks. In combination with the display of planned and actual values for paving time, paved distance and quantity of paved material, this enables deviations from the plan, such as higher material consumption, to be identified immediately. As a result, continuous paving is assured.

The job site module allows delivery notes to be entered at the push of a button. If QR codes are used, these can be entered on the system quickly and conveniently by means of a hand-held scanner.

The job site module is an integral part of VÖGELE ErgoPlus 3 paver operating concept and offers the paver operator a unique system for control and process optimization.

The paver operator is linked to the job site module by the ErgoPlus 3 display. For example, he can access current information about the job site and about paving progress at any time. Thanks to clearly arranged and easily comprehensible diagrams, he can identify any deviation of the actual situation from the plan immediately.

Display of job-site data

Type of material, quantity of material, length of the project or planned paving speed – all the vital information relating to the current project is available to the paver operator.

Monitoring paving progress

The paver operator can read off paving time, paved section and paving progress directly. He is also informed about the quantity of material planned, already paved and still to be placed.

Monitoring the supply chain

The number of mix trucks approaching the job site and their material loads are continuously displayed. The operator can accept the quantity of mix delivered at the touch of a button.

Display of asphalt temperature

The RoadScan non-contacting temperature-measurement system is an integral part of WITOS Paving Plus, allowing the paver operator to monitor the temperature quality of paved material in real time.
